Chris Stone designed his first building in NJ in 1985. Since then he has become well known in the Two River community for his abilities in interpretive design and thoughtful construction solutions. He is a talented sketch artist; more than one of his projects began as sketch on a cocktail napkin or scrap paper.
Many of Chris's clients turn to him time and time again to handle all their design and construction projects. From renovating a bathroom to a new house, his clients continue to be impressed by Chris's eye for quality and the stewardship he provides during all phases of a project.
Christopher J. Stone has over 30 years of experience providing architectural and design services for luxury residential, corporate, and historic sites. He received his Bachelor of Architecture from New Jersey Institute of Technology, Newark. He holds a certificate from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, and is a member of the American Institute of Architects. Chris is licensed in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Vermont, and Connecticut.
Previously he was President and Trustee of the AIA Newark & Suburban Architects Society. Chris is involved in all aspects of architecture and design, from conceptual drawing to construction administration.
In Chris's spare time you can find him racing his sailboat, Velocidad, where he competes at a national level.
In 2018 he was chosen Rear Commodore at AHYC.
